In young people, this pain can occur due to arthritis, rheumatism, fractures, overload, or trauma. Fortunately, the Russian folk medicine offers natural recipe that will help in reducing the pain, almost immediately after the first application. In addition, all the ingredients necessary for the preparation of this ointment are probably already in your kitchen.


1 tbsp. of mustard;
1 tbsp. of honey;
1 tbsp. of water;
1 tbsp. of fine salt.

Method of preparation:

Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Place the prepared mixture in an empty box or some other packaging.

This procedure is best to be done before going to bed so that the joints can rest after the treatment.
Apply some of the mixture on the painful place, put a plastic bag over it, and tie with a warm scarf made of wool.
Leave thus for 1.5-2 hours. Wash the place in the morning.
Repeat the procedure 4-5 days, but you fill feel the improvements even after the first day.
You’ll be able to use the mixture for couple of days, so keep it in the fridge.
If the pain returns after some time, make a new mixture and repeat this method.
