Kidney Cleanser Foods...

आजकल मेरी श्रीमतीजी के एक चाचा SPGI में किडनी की खराबी की वजह से ही इलाज कराने पटना से आए हुये हैं। उनकी तकलीफ देख कर वेदना हुई परंतु वे लोग एलोपेथी पर अंध-भक्ति के कारण इन प्राकृतिक उपचारों पर ध्यान नहीं देते हैं और न ही वास्तु दोषों (जो नौ वर्ष पूर्व अवगत करा दिये थे)का ही निवारण करा सके हैं। वे लोग चुटियाधारी,रामनामी गमछा ओढ़े पोंगा-पंडितों के चक्र में रहे हैं जिस कारण आज इतनी तकलीफ उठा रहे हैं। यदि और लोग सबक सीख कर इस पोस्ट का लाभ उठा सकें तो उत्तम है।


Kidney Cleanser Foods...

Cabbage, cauliflower, and other cruciferous vegetables are rich in phytochemicals. These natural components help protect against tissue injury and reduce the risk for developing cancer by neutralizing harmful free radicals and other toxic chemicals.

Red bell peppers

Egg whites provide the highest quality animal protein and contain all the essential amino acids. The advantage of getting proteins from egg white is its low phosphorus content. Proteins from meat usually have higher levels of phosphorus. Egg whites decrease the kidneys’ burden of eliminating excess phosphorus accumulated from processed foods and beverages.

Olives and virgin olive oil are rich in linoleic acid and other antioxidants that prevent inflammation and tissue damage.

दिल/हार्ट -डायबिटीज़ के घरेलू उपचार


हार्ट,हाई ब्लड प्रेशर,लो ब्लड प्रेशर,मानसिक तनाव,दमा आदि से बचाव एवं राहत प्राप्ति हेतु इस मंत्र का 108 या 27 बार पश्चिम की ओर मुख करके तथा धरती से इंसुलेशन बनाते हुये अर्थात लकड़ी के तख्त,ऊनी शाल/कंबल या पलीथीन शीट पर बैठ कर जाप प्रतिदिन करें :
ॐ भू : ॐ भुव:ॐ स्व: ॐ तत्स वितुर्वरेण्यम भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि :ॐ  धियों यो न: प्रचोदयात । । 

डायबिटीज़ की स्थिति में:

ॐ--- भू : --- भुव:---स्व: --- तत्स वितुर्वरेण्यम भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि :---  धियों यो न: प्रचोदयात । । 

ऊपर दी गई विधि से ही करना है परंतु खाली स्थानों पर उच्चारण रोक कर ताली बजाना हैं। तालियाँ 3-5-7-9-11 के क्रम में अपनी क्षमतानुसार बजाएँ। 

इन प्रयोगों द्वारा बगैर किसी दवा के रोगों की रोकथाम कर सकते हैं।
